I’ve continued doing Pilates 2 days a week throughout my pregnancy and have found it immensely helpful in keeping up my core and back strength, overall flexibility and balance. Jen has been fantastic to work with and takes the time to teach me new exercises based on my trimester while helping me into the right positions and modifications given my new body shape.  Although I’ve found other exercises to be a little painful during my 3rd trimester (like biking or hiking) Pilates has always been pain free for me and I plan to continue doing for as long as I can.
